TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion by Ash, supported by Quakenbush, to approve the treasurer’s report of Feb.5, balance of $1,777,863.89 and overall balance of $2,335,499.79.

VALLEY RD
Bebee stated he has two contractors putting bids together. He is putting together two options that he will present to the board.

ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TIM BEBEE
ZA Bebee gave his report.
2018-2019 BUDGET MEETING
Motion by Ash, supported by Smith, to hold the 2018-2019 budget meeting March 5, 2018 at 7:30 pm.
Motion carried.
2017-2018 BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Motion by Ash, supported by Quakenbush, to approve the following 2017-2018 budget amendments: Assessor: computer and software $700.00, Clerk: office expense $150.00 and software support fees $130.00, Board of Review, education & training $300.00, Townhall offices: contracted services $1300.00, Cemetery: contracted services, $2000.00, Fire protection: wages $4700.00 and operating expense $130.00, Roads: road expense $182,000.00 and brine $240.00, Planning Commission: contracted services $2100.00, ZBA: per diem $2000.00, printing & publishing $170.00, education & training $10.00.

PAY THE BILLS
