CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
November 12, 2018 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bill Miller, Rod Reid, Monica Richer, Susan Gates (Chair), Michelle Quakenbush, Pat Doyle, Bob Wetherbee.
Absent: Tim Bebee.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Unanimous approval of minutes from October 10, 2018: Motion by Doyle, second by Quakenbush.

Old Business:
Master Plan: Commission reviewed and discussed plan. On the consensus of the commission, Chair Gates suggested we move ahead and submit to the Township Board for their December meeting.
New Business:
Tabled gun shop/fireworks storage container use until Dec meeting. Need confirmation of zoning.
Wind and solar ordinance tabled until December meeting.
Next regularly scheduled meeting, December 10, 2018.
