Supervisor Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

PREVIOUS MINUTES
Motion by Quakenbush, supported by Huber, to approve meeting minutes of Oct. 3, 2022, with corrections: election workers pay changed from $12 to $15 and the word, yes, added to the roll call vote on purchase of ballot bags.
Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion by Ash, supported by Quakenbush, to approve the treasurer’s report of Nov.7, 2022, balance of $2,178,077.76 and overall balance of $3,043,912.91.

PUBLIC COMMENT (AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION)
Public comment was held.
Fire Chief, Matt Mead, gave an update on the fire department.
Motion by Ash, supported by VanderKolk, to pay $46,161.93 for Chippewa Township’s share of Tri-Twp Fire Department’s labor costs.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
TRUSTEE RESIGNATION
Motion by Quakenbush, supported by Huber, to appoint Robert Wetherbee to interim trustee with the term ending November 19, 2024.

Motion unanimously carried.
Due to Quakenbush’s resignation, the board will need to replace her on the Planning Commission and Fire Board.
Motion by VanderKolk, supported by Huber, to appoint Dave Clark to the Planning Commission with the term ending November 19, 2024.
