CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
October 10, 2022 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bob Wetherbee, Matt Flegel, Michelle Quakenbush, Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz, ZA Bebee.
Absent:
Pledge of Allegiance.
MINUTES APPROVAL of September 12, 2022: motion by Schantz, second by Reid. All in favor; motion carried.
Correspondence:
Building permit for a barn on Broomfield. Complaints of blight, and unlicensed vehicles.
Audience Participation:
Dave Clark, 6870 E Airport Rd, Mt Pleasant, inquired about the Zack Holbein property and the running of an auto repair at the home.
Old Business:
Ordinances: Waiting for Attorney Bloem to incorporate his (Bloem's) suggestions into the Campground Ordinance.
Nothing on new attorney information; tabled at township board meeting. Michelle will inquire at the next Township Board meeting.
New Business:
None--solar and wind carried over.

7:50 pm. Motion made by Quakenbush, second by Flegel. All in favor; motion carried.
