CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
September 10, 2018 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bill Miller, Rod Reid, Monica Richer, Susan Gates (Chair), Michelle Quakenbush, Bob Wetherbee, Tim Bebee.
Absent: Pat Doyle.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes: Motion by Reid, second by Doyle. Unanimous approval.
Audience Participation:
David and Kristy Sian, 10813 East Valley Road, Mt Pleasant, inquired as to what was the outcome of the Valley Road (paving). Michelle informed all of the Township Board's meeting. Summit Petroleum is not interested in funding 51% of the upgrade..
Correspondence:
None.
Old Business:
Wind and Solar Ordinances.
Master Plan and maps: lengthy work session on Master Plan, maps. ZA will notify board when they are ready for review.
New Business:
Noise and Nuisance Ordinances to be discussed.
Motion to adjourn 8:15 pm by Quakenbush, second by Reid. All in favor; motion carried.
