CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

Present: Bob Wetherbee, Sheila Salmon, Bill Miller, Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, & ZA Bebee.

Absent: Brian Schantz.

Pledge of Allegiance.

MINUTES APPROVAL

Minutes of 12, 2026: Motion made by Wetherbee, second by Salmon. All in favor. Motion carried.

CORRESPONDENCE

ZA shared with the PC two complaints. One was a fence violation. The second was a property dispute which ZA referred to the Township Supervisor.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION

None.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Chair Gates sent out notices regarding the updating of the Master Plan.

NEW BUSINESS

ZA handed out copies of the Compatible Renewable Energy Zoning Ordinance from Deerfield Township. ZA would like the PC to review this for possible additions to our current ordinance.

Community input for the Master Plan will be put on the website for township residents to see the questions.

There will be a public hearing on the April 13th PC meeting for Wind, Solar and Mining ordinances.

Motion to adjourn by Reid, second by Miller. All in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned 8:25pm.
