CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
February 13, 2023 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bob Wetherbee, , Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz, ZA Bebee.
Absent: Matt Flegel, Dave Clark .
Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes Approval of January 09, 2023; motion by Reid, second by Wetherbee. Unanimous approval.
Correspondence:
ZA received 10 handwritten and unsigned blight complaints. ZA will pass them on to Code Enforcement Officer.
Audience Participation:
None.
Old Business:
Isabella County is getting ready to work on their Master Plan.
ZA is planning to go to Lansing to meet with the new township attorney. He has been corresponding with him.
ZA is working on updating the zoning maps.
New Business:
Wind and Solar carried over.
Adjournment:
7:35 pm. Motion made by Reid, second by Schantz. All in favor; motion carried.
