CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
January 13, 2025 Minutes

Call to Order 7:00 pm

Present: Bob Wetherbee, Dave Clark, Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz, Tim Bebee (ZA).
Absent: Sheila Salmon.

Pledge of Allegiance. 

Minutes Approval of December 09, 2024 minutes. Motion made by Clark, second by Reid. All in favor. Motion carried.

Correspondence:

None.

Audience Participation (open public comment):
None.

Old Business: 

Lengthy discussion and review of PUD, Planned Unit Development District. Discussion was on the handout of November 11, 2024 by ZA of a similar ordinance.

New Business: 

Board will continue review and discussion for developing of a PUD ordinance.

Motion by Schantz, second by Clark, to adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried.
