CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
July 14, 2025 Minutes

Call to Order 7:00 pm

Present: Bob Wetherbee, Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz.
Absent: Shelia Salmon, ZA Bebee

Pledge of Allegiance. 

Minutes Approval of June 09, 2025 minutes. Motion made by Schantz, second by Reid to approve minutes. All in favor. Motion carried.

Correspondence:
None.

Audience Participation:
None.

Old Business: 
Planning Commission held a work study meeting on June 23 on the mining ordinance. ZA is compiling all the changes.

New Business: 
Planning Commission is to start the review of the Master Plan. Chair Gates suggested the PC review the first three chapters for the August 11, 2025 meeting.

Motion by Schantz, second by Reid, to adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried.
