Supervisor Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion by Huber, supported by Quakenbush, to approve minutes of April 6, 2020.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion by Ash, supported by Huber, to approve the treasurer’s report of July 6, 2020 balance of $1,863,820.54 and overall balance of $2,441,943.52.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
CYBER LIABIITY INSURANCE
Clerk Ash stated she received two options for cyber insurance from BHS Insurance. A $250,000.00 policy for $2399.00 and a $500,000.00 policy for $2940.00.
Motion by Huber, supported by Ash, to purchase the $500,000.00 policy for $2940.00.

NEW BUSINESS
BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Motion by Ash supported by Quakenbush to approve the following 2019-2020 budget
amendments: treasurer office expense: $25.00 and cemetery operation expense: $30.00.

GRAVEL CONTRACTS
Motion by Ash, supported by Huber, to approve the following gravel contracts: Wise Rd. - .M-20 to end $5856.88, Genuine Rd. ½ mile to Remus Rd. $4905.06, Vroman Rd. – River Rd. N to end $9894.87, Chippewa Rd. – Deerfield Rd. to Millbrook Rd. $9810.13.

ELECTION WORKERS
Motion by Ash, supported by Quakenbush, to hire twelve election inspectors for the August 4, 2020 primary election.

ELECTION COMPUTERS
Clerk Ash stated the election computers were originally purchased by the State through the HAVA act years ago. New computers can be ordered through Isabella County.
Motion by Quakenbush supported by Huber to purchase three election computers for a cost of $1159.46 each.

Planning Commission meetings and ZBA meetings will not be held until further notice due to the coronavirus.
