Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bob Wetherbee, Matt Flegel, Dave Clark, Susan Gates (Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes Approval of June 12, 2023; motion by Reid, second by Clark. All in favor. Motion carried.

Blight follow-up.
Audience Participation:
Residents from Camelot Lake were present and voiced their concerns about the possible ordinance change.

- Maria Meier, 11810 N Lakeside Trl, Shepherd
- Bobbie Mills, 11385 N Lakeside Trl, Shepherd
- Nancy Kaminski, 11621 S Lakeside Trl, Shepherd
- Timothy Acore, 3730 S East Isabella Co Line Rd
All members voiced a negative response to the ordinance change.
A public hearing on Camelot Lake and the solar ordinance will be held at the August 14 meeting.

ZA handed out packets for members to review on venue(s) ordinance(s).
