UNFINISHED BUSINESS

ENERGY ZONING

The board had a zoom meeting with the township attorney, Michael Homier, regarding the proper procedure for placing a moratorium on land uses. A moratorium would give the Planning Commission time to work on an ordinance.

TOWNSHIP LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

A survey regarding having a township law enforcement officer has been posted on the township website and was sent with the tax bills with a deadline of July 10th to respond. Since some residents haven’t received the bills that were sent out on the first, it might be best to extend the deadline.
