CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
November 10, 2025 Minutes

Call to Order 7:00 pm at the township hall.

Present: Bob Wetherbee, Sheila Salmon, Bill Miller, Susan Gates (chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid, Brian Schantz. 
Absent: ZA Bebee.

Pledge of Allegiance. 

Minutes Approval of October 13, 2025 minutes. Motion made by Reid, second by Schantz, to approve minutes. All in favor. Motion carried.

Correspondence:
None.

Audience Participation:
None.

Old Business:

PUD ordinance: direction from the Township Board to move forward.

Storage Units ordinance is complete but needs final review.

An update on the court case related to the Gentleman’s Club was the Judge upheld the decision of the ZBA.

New Business:

Chair Gates handed out copies of the Chippewa Township Planning Commission ByLaws and Rules of Procedure to review and comment. Chair Gates will make noted adjustments.

Chair Gates suggested we table Master Plan review until December meeting so new member, Miller, has time to familiarize himself with it.

Motion by Schantz, second by Reid, to adjourn. All in favor. Motion carried.
