Clerk Ash called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion by Gill, supported by Ash, to approve minutes of October 5, 2020.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion by Ash, supported by Gill, to approve the treasurer’s report of Nov. 2, 2020 balance of $1,844,670.94 and overall balance of $2,423,267.37.
Roll call vote—Yes: Smith, Gill, Ash. No: None.
Motion unanimously carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT (AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION)
Fire Chief, Matt Mead, gave an update on the Shepherd Tri-Township Fire Dept. and County Commissioner, Jerry Jalosynski, gave an update on Isabella County.

Bebee was absent.
