TREASURER'S REPORT
Motion by Ash, supported by Huber, to approve the treasurer’s report of Oct. 3, 2022, balance of $2,159,033.81 and overall balance of $3,024,675.22.

Benjamin Seago from APM gave the board an update on this year’s mosquito control and a proposal for the 2023 season.
Motion by Ash, supported by VanderKolk, to approve the 2023 mosquito control program for a cost of $78,915.00.

ZONING ADMINSTRATOR – TIM BEBEE
Bebee was absent.
ELECTION INSPECTORS FOR THE NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTION
Motion by Ash, supported by Quakenbush, to hire two chairpersons at $18.00/hour and twelve election inspectors at $12.00/hour $15.00/hour for the November 8, 2022, general election.

NEW CHAIRS
Motion by Ash, supported by VanderKolk, to purchase five desk chairs from Staples at a cost of $109.99 each plus a handling fee.

WINN TELECOM RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT
Motion by Ash, supported by VanderKolk, to approve a Metro Act Right of Way Permit for Winn Telecom.

BALLOT BAGS
Clerk Ash stated she can purchase ballot and test ballot bags and get reimbursed by a State of Michigan Security Grant.
Motion by Huber, supported by VanderKolk, to purchase five ballot bags and three test ballot bags at a cost of $606.50 plus shipping.
