The purpose of the December Board of Review is if there has been a clerical error or mutual mistake of fact relative to correct the assessment figures, the rate of taxation, or a mathematical computation relating to the assessing of taxes, the error or mutual mistake shall be verified by the local assessing officer, along with Veterans & Poverty Exemptions and approved by the Board of Review. The Board will meet in December if necessary. Contact the assessor prior to the Board of Review meeting.
